Your Responsibilities

As a customer care representative, your responsibilities will include:


Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
Providing excellent customer service through active listening
Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
Appropriately communicating with customers


What We're Looking For

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:


Logical problem-solving skills
Availability to work various shifts
Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume
Ability to use Windows operating systems
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Predictable and reliable attendance


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:


6-12 months of customer service experience
Consistent work history
Proven oral and written communication skills
Some technical background


Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:


Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 11 or later
Have a Wired Ethernet LAN connection
Have an Internet Connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
Have an ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
Provide proof of internet speed
Have a clean and quiet workspace
