Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, addressing pre-sale and post-order concerns, and providing a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities


Respond to pre-sale inquiries regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, guiding customers through the ordering process online.
Address and resolve post-order inquiries related to delivery, billing, and shipping, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and helpful information.
Collaborate with external shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:


A high school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of experience in retail, service, or customer service industries.
Proficient basic math skills, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and process tiered promotional codes.
Exceptional communication skills, including clear and concise written and verbal communication, as well as active listening skills to interpret customer needs.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings, with a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.


Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in one of the following languages is preferred: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian. If you have proficiency in any of these languages, you will be a valuable asset to our team.

What We Offer

As an Amazon company, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive hourly rate of $19.00. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets, ranging from $31,200/year in our lowest market to $53,600/year in our highest market. Additionally, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of our total compensation package.
