About the Role As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative and image of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Provide personalized support and attention to each caller, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded Utilize your knowledge of our services and policies to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay current with industry developments and company initiatives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: To reside in the state of Rhode Island At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service 6 months of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly High-speed internet access, with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps (wireless and WiFi "air cards" are not permitted) A quiet, dedicated workspace within your home, free from distractions and interruptions Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively Knowledge of the transportation or healthcare industry, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our passengers Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations Strong time management and organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively Adaptability and flexibility , with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
