About the Opportunity We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our amazing Contact Center team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, providing outstanding customer service and connecting them with the best-suited Independent Travel Agent to book their vacation. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, taking and making incoming and outgoing calls to generate leads and support independent business owners. Key Responsibilities Manage high call volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to potential travel customers. Follow team scripts to leave voice messages and follow-up with travel leads accordingly. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential travel customers and Independent Agents. Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system. Successfully transfer travel leads, connecting potential travelers with the appropriate Independent Agents. Assist with other tasks and special projects as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1-year experience working in a high-volume call center environment, providing outstanding customer service. High School Diploma. Previous experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in the travel industry or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and respond to customer needs effectively and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment. Knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, brands, and travel-related products. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer demands and business requirements.
