As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' employees, addressing their questions, and resolving complex HR and financial issues related to healthcare benefits, 401k savings, retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and resolve complex HR and financial issues related to healthcare benefits, 401k savings, retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, which may include additional research and ongoing casework. Leverage your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support, including assisting callers in navigating the system as needed. Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist customers with updates or inquiries. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and screens. Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening, and customer service skills. Ability to adapt to change and empathize with customers. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a premier HR contact center or benefits administration environment. Knowledge of healthcare benefits, 401k savings, retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and other related topics. Previous experience with database management and file updates.
