As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable call experience in the insurance industry and contribute to the success of a stable and growing company. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing exceptional customer service to policy holders, agents, and funeral homes, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner * Processing customer transactions, including policy changes, cancellations, and new business applications * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, underwriting, and claims, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills * Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and quality standards **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High School diploma or equivalent * Basic computer operation skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Ability to type 35 wpm * Working knowledge of English and Spanish (additional languages a plus) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service * Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records * Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities * Availability to work a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST) or part-time schedule (open to discussion) **What You'll Love About Us** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and rewarding.
