**Who We're Looking For:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative with a passion for providing exceptional customer support and effective communication. You'll be involved in assisting customers with transport orders, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring timely updates. **Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Monitoring online and in-person transport orders**: Providing updates and information to consigners on the status of their transport orders.
* **Handling inbound calls**: Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers, with an average of 80 to 100 inbound calls daily.
* **Ensuring accurate data entry**: Addressing discrepancies and updating orders as needed in the interactive platform.
* **Processing and organizing inbound transport requests**: Ensuring timely communication and resolution via phone and email.
* **Maintaining constant communication**: Proactively identifying and tracking possible issues with automotive transport orders.
* **Entering data into customer spreadsheets**: Keeping records intact and up-to-date for customer review.
* **Performing other duties**: As assigned by your Supervisor.
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **2+ years of experience in a call center environment**: You'll need at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
* **Excellent interpersonal skills**: Proven ability to influence, defuse, reconcile, and remedy customer issues (conflict resolution) to create a win-win solution.
* **Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships**: Effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and vendors.
* **Exceptional active listening skills**: Ability to restate and communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
* **Proficiency in prioritizing and multitasking**: Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* **Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills**: Focus on meeting deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, experience in the following areas is a plus:
* **Auction or transportation industry experience**: Familiarity with the auction or transportation industry.
* **Advanced organizational skills**: Emphasis on data accuracy and documentation.
