**Experienced Customer Care Representative – Front Office Support and Customer Service**

Our core values guide everything we do, from developing and growing our team members to serving our customers with excellence. **Join the arenaflex Team** As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of the Business Support Services Team, working closely with our sales and service teams to provide top-notch customer service. You'll be responsible for dispatching service and sales calls, answering multi-line telephones, and performing various administrative tasks. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer multi-line phone calls and refer them to the appropriate team member * Dispatch service and sales calls, page drivers, and answer calls as needed * Perform administrative tasks, such as logging, processing, and dispatching sales and service calls * Greet customers and visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or area * Process and scan daily checks, process equipment service tickets, and add/remove equipment on customer accounts * Process walk-in sales, open, sort, and distribute mail, and prepare outgoing mail * Balance the cash box for invoices created in the front office, process purchase orders, and dispatch orders for warehouses company-wide * Order office supplies, business cards, and ink for Sales Centers, and order and distribute uniforms * Prepare donations according to donation procedure, tell sell for Armada coffee business, and backup for vault teller * Perform administrative tasks for other departments, communicate with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED * At least one year of experience in a customer service position or combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to change * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Honesty, integrity, trust, and respect for all customers and team members **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a front office or customer service environment * Knowledge of arenaflex products and services * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to change * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Honesty, integrity, trust, and respect for all customers and team members * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program, including New Hire Orientation, Company's Inter-Active Safety Training, and Annual Diversity and Harassment Training * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Access to ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and provide exceptional customer service * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including hourly pay, robust benefits, and product discounts * Participate in arenaflex's commitment to Honesty, Integrity, Trust, and Respect, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:** * Hourly pay: $17.00 per hour * Robust benefits package, including 100% paid employee health, dental, and vision options * 100% Employer Paid Life Insurance for Employees * 401K With Employer Match * Product Discounts * Much more! **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
