Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice by identifying and empathetically addressing patient concerns and escalating issues as necessary. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma / GED required. 1 year of relevant customer care experience. Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge and ability to navigate multiple screens and systems. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary. Preferred Qualifications College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus. Medical Terminology training. Pharmacy or Benefits training. Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
