About the Role: Customer Care Representative We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a remote work opportunity, and you must reside in the state of Rhode Island to be eligible for this role.
