Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our members via phone and online chats. As the primary point of contact, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure a seamless experience. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build trust and loyalty with our members, making you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities: Answer a high volume of incoming calls and online chats in a professional and courteous manner Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions and resolving complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries Offer compensation and alternatives as needed to ensure member satisfaction Act as a liaison between members, vendors, purchasing, and operations staff to resolve issues and provide support Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats Employ critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues and provide timely solutions Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Past customer service experience preferred Computer literacy and proficiency in typing (minimum 30 wpm) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off Online business Customer Service Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program (provided by arenaflex) Preferred Qualifications: Solid background in customer service, including excellent relational skills, prompt friendly assistance, and exceptional follow-through Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Capacity to take ownership and resolve issues independently Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual capabilities are a plus Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
