Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve customer satisfaction
Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions and optimize processes
Work with various OCC teams, including Load Control Center and Fuel Strategy, to support airline operations and customer service
Develop and implement applications and efficiencies to reduce workload and enhance team productivity
Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field
Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, with a Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program
Willingness to learn new skills, take calculated risks, and adapt to changing situations
Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Comfort working in team and individual settings, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning
