You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their health insurance needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Build rapport with clients, understanding their unique situations and providing personalized support * Navigate multiple systems, including CRM, policy/admin platforms, and knowledge bases, to gather relevant information and provide accurate solutions * Document calls and interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and detailed records * Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred * Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution * Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment * Ability to work in a remote setting, with a private, secure, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection * Internet speed minimum requirements: 30 mbps download/10 mbps upload * Ability to pass a criminal background check **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency navigating multiple systems at once and documenting during/after calls * Demonstrated success working in an omni-channel environment (phone + email/chat) and documenting calls in real-time with high accuracy * Strong documentation skills with clear case notes that enable handoffs without rework * Typing/data entry speed and accuracy while maintaining call quality * Exposure to continuous-improvement practices (Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent); track record of proposing or piloting process improvements that reduced After Call Work (ACW) or rework * Service-recovery/ownership orientation-closing the loop with customers and FP's * Comfort working with sensitive or complex life events (Claims, caregiving situations) with empathy and professionalism **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
