You'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional support to healthcare professionals, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact on people's lives. **About the Role** As a Customer Care Field Manager, you'll be responsible for driving a team of engineering professionals to provide a "white gloves" support to our customers. You'll focus on supporting the organization's growth by creating base business retention through field support. You'll work closely with the Sales team to arrange tailored plans to improve customer satisfaction and will be responsible for improving the technical and soft skills of your team to ensure the best-in-class support. **Key Responsibilities** * Build up the best-class support in your area from technical and application perspectives * Work with Sales to support base business retention * Provide the right support to customers according to contract specifications and priority * Arrange internal training for engineers * Support field operations from an administrative standpoint (installation, daily routine, and deinstallation) **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Technical engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology) * Minimum 5 years' experience in Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams * Leadership attitude, able to drive people creating a culture of strategy execution * Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on problem-solving * Ability to work flexible hours as business needs (available to travel 50% of the time) * Hold a current valid driver's license and good driving record * Excellent English **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing position * Knowledge of the Medical Diagnostics industry and its challenges * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we offer a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our associates' and their families' lives.
