You'll work closely with our Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing projects to improve customer care processes and user experience * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes * Analyzing customer feedback and developing solutions to address customer concerns * Providing exceptional customer service to our users, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Developing and maintaining expertise on various customer care topics, including process optimization, customer feedback, and user experience **Your Time** Your time will be divided between two main areas: * 75% of your time will be spent on project development and expertise building, including: + Developing and implementing projects to improve customer care processes and user experience + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes + Analyzing customer feedback and developing solutions to address customer concerns + Developing and maintaining expertise on various customer care topics * 25% of your time will be spent on responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues, including: + Providing exceptional customer service to our users + Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner **You're the Perfect Fit If** * You have a strong background in customer care, with experience in project management and process optimization * You're fluent in French and have excellent communication skills * You're a team player who is passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment * You're adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment * You're a lifelong learner who is eager to develop new skills and expertise * You're enthusiastic about participating in the optimization of a customer care service **The Perks** * Telecommute two days a week * 50% discount on Heetch rides * 9€/day restaurant vouchers (Swile card) * 15€/month culture vouchers (Happypal) * Regular team events and company-wide seminars * Beautiful and modern workspace in the 10th arrondissement of Paris * 50% reimbursement of Pass Navigo * Comprehensive health insurance (Benefiz) **What's Next?** If your application is selected, the next steps will be: 1.
