Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing customers with information on products, services, and offers
Taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to resolve their queries and concerns
Identifying customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
Taking customer calls and solving queries in a timely and efficient manner
Using problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Telugu. The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including day and night shifts
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Any graduate degree (10+2, Diploma, Degree)
0-6 months of work experience (freshers are welcome)
Experience in BPO or customer service industry (a plus)
Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
Experience in e-commerce or telecommunications industry
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work in a remote environment
