**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over calls to resolve their queries and concerns. * Take calls from customers and engage in outbound calling to resolve their queries

* Work closely with the team to understand customer needs and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
**Desired Candidate Profile**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
* Ability to take 80-100 calls per day
* Flexible to work rotational shift timings of 9 hours
* Ability to work from home or office, with flexible timings
* 1 week off on a rotational basis, with no leaves for the first 3 months
* Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
* Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role
* Ability to travel independently, with no transportation allowance
**Education**
* Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree)
* 0-11 months of work experience considered as Freshers
* Experience only in BPO will be considered
* Above 12 months must provide Relieving letters and Payslips
