Job Overview As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional customer service while providing support for customers' inquiries about lost or damaged devices and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call, engaging with them to understand their technology needs and selling protection/tech support solutions. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a professional and respectful manner Sell blithequark's smart home and other products on every call, meeting sales activity goals and objectives Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers Meet goals and grow from feedback and coaching, continuously improving your performance and skills Escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when needed, ensuring seamless issue resolution Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information Attention to details, providing care and attention to every customer issue Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, with the ability to project a warm and friendly tone Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to meet the needs of each customer and business needs Organized and able to multitask with speed and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations Dedicated and reliable, with a strong track record of attendance and performance Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment Computer literacy, with the ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software A passing hiring assessment, including soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, including Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications Bilingual skills are a plus Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, with a proven track record of meeting sales activity goals and objectives Technical expertise in mobile devices, wireless technology, and connected home products Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Work Environment and Company Culture At blithequark, we value team success and create a rewarding and collaborative work environment where each employee can maximize their talents and contributions.
