As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to think outside the box will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate Schedule and Work EnvironmentThis role offers a unique schedule that allows for a great work-life balance.You'll work 10 hours a day, 4 days a week, with flexibility in your schedule. The available shifts are: Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time You'll need to provide a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection, and we'll provide all the necessary equipment for you to succeed in this role.
