About the Role
The Customer Care Advocate position at arenaflex is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are goal-oriented. As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be responsible for answering phones, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support for billing, technical, and service-related issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to strengthen customer relationships by offering a wide range of products and services. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success, including 9 weeks of instruction on enhanced customer service skills and our voice, cable, modem, and dial-up products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each customer interaction
Offer products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth
Utilize computer systems and software to manage customer accounts, process transactions, and track interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed performance achievement levels, as defined by customer care leadership


Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year prior customer care experience, with sales and/or technical experience in a service environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computers and proficient in using software applications
Ability to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and priorities


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Technical expertise in areas such as voice, cable, modem, and dial-up products and services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance achievement levels in a customer care role
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies
