Job Overview As a Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you will play a vital role in responding to a high volume of customer interactions, providing support for billing and usage inquiries, service plan or account changes, basic troubleshooting, and advocating on behalf of the customer to provide unique health and safety services that support their specific needs. You will work through several applications, update electronic records, and provide accurate documentation to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from new and existing subscribers, handling caller needs with empathy and professionalism Actively listen to customers, providing caring and supportive responses while problem-solving to resolve customer issues efficiently Recommend product and value-added services that align with customers' shared needs, enhancing their overall experience with blithequark Protect customer information by adhering to all Federal and State regulations, including CPNI, PCI, and HIPAA, ensuring the highest level of data security and compliance Provide Phonebook support and other services as required, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care in fast-paced environments. You must be able to listen actively and patiently to understand customer needs, efficiently resolving expressed concerns with empathy and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, we prefer candidates with experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, particularly in the technology industry. Experience working with Senior-aged customers is also highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with this demographic.
