We are looking for a talented Customer and Data Support Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a key member of our Integrated Solutions Data and Clinical Support team, you will be responsible for managing clinical-related customer experiences, prioritizing business opportunities, and developing product/service solutions. Your primary focus will be on supporting user management and customer support across our platform, including single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage clinical-related customer experiences for arenaflex products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Prioritize business opportunities and develop product/service solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Support Integrated Solutions Data and Clinical Support by managing user access and customer support across the platform, including single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for user access and management across the Integrated Solutions platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Provide advanced Microsoft Excel support to drive data analysis and insights, informing business decisions and customer solutions.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to analyze and optimize data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

**Essential Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or healthcare.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, complaint management, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
