**Experienced Customer Advocate – Mortgage Industry – FULLY REMOTE Opportunity**

As a Customer Advocate, you'll be responsible for processing loan applications, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and work in a dynamic, FULLY REMOTE environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Process loan applications in compliance with mortgage lending and applicable investor guidelines * Serve as the primary customer contact, acting as a liaison between the borrower, underwriter, and loan advisor * Provide periodic status updates and timely return all incoming inquiry calls * Note all communication and statuses in the Loan Operating System * Contact borrowers for outstanding documents, including items on the Underwriting Terms and Conditions sheet * Validate the 1003 loan application for completion and accuracy, confirming information entered in the Loan Origination System matches * Perform duties such as analyzing the loan application, assessing creditworthiness, and reviewing title commitments and fees * Monitor the loan process and manage proper expectations with clients and sales staff through closing **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of loan processing experience * Must have VA and FHA loan experience (ideally with a portfolio split of 30/30/30 between FHA/VA/conventional) * Must be comfortable talking to brokers on the phone (80% of the job involves calling brokers to follow up) * Experience managing 30-50 loans in their pipeline * Ideally, a 50/50 split or more heavily focused on re-finance loans **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a FULLY REMOTE environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Loan Operating Systems and Loan Origination Systems **Work Environment and Shift** * 8-hour shift between 8:00-6:00pm Monday-Friday * 100% remote work environment * Flexible and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary: $52,000 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Why Join arenaflex?** * Work in a dynamic, FULLY REMOTE environment with a team of experienced professionals * Enjoy a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Grow your career in a rapidly growing industry with opportunities for advancement * Collaborate with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Customer Advocate looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply today.
