**What You'll Do**

As a Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, navigate computerized systems, and provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling customer inquiries about reward redemptions, customer information updates, card activations, making payments, processing lost or stolen cards, statement and APR inquiries, and processing credit line increase and decrease requests
* Utilizing multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
* Building the arenaflex brand by providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions
* Actively managing and escalating risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management

**How You'll Do It**

You'll be working in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment, engaging with over 100+ customers per day via phone, online, or chat. You'll be required to be energetic, empathetic, and solution-focused, with excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be comfortable with multi-tasking and navigating multiple systems to resolve customer issues.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
* Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
* Ability to navigate multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Physical and cognitive requirements:
+ Primarily remain in a stationary position
+ No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job
+ Primarily performed indoors in an office setting
+ Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, telephone, printer, and calculator
+ Ability to communicate verbally and in written form

**Bonus Points**

* If you have a high school diploma or GED, you'll be at an advantage in this role.
* If you have 1+ year of customer service experience, you'll be well-prepared to handle the demands of this position.
