You'll use standard screens, scripts, and procedures to respond to customer questions, navigate computerized systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we invite you to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle routine customer service inquiries via telephone, digital channels, or chat, using standard screens, scripts, and procedures to respond to customer questions * Navigate computerized systems to respond and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution * Assist 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced call environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction * Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, including reward redemptions, account updates, card activations, payments, lost/stolen cards, statements, APR inquiries, and credit line requests * Escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution * Participate in new hire training and equipment provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role * Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues * Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to navigate computerized systems and use standard screens, scripts, and procedures * Must have a quiet workspace if working from home and wired internet (minimum 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload) * Ability to operate office equipment and communicate verbally and in writing * Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis * Willingness to undergo a credit screening and background check (if required) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry * Familiarity with computerized systems and software applications * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate computerized systems and use standard screens, scripts, and procedures * Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
