Key Responsibilities As a Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Paralegal, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing expert support in regulatory compliance, ideally with experience in the technology and/or gaming industry Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives forward Conducting research and analyzing data to inform compliance decisions Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies Staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a technology and/or gaming company A paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree; relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements Highly professional, poised, detail-oriented, and positive attitude Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work independently Able to work a full-time schedule during regular business hours on Pacific Time Zone Outstanding references Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience working in-house for a large company or a major corporate law firm Experience with compliance software and systems Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards Certifications or specialized training in compliance or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Latitude, we are committed to the growth and development of our professionals.
