Skills • 1+ years of experience as a Chef/Cook (Required) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication skills with staff and guests • Ability to manage whole-house operations • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes • Commitment to maintaining safety standards for employees and guests Responsibilities • Lead the selection, coaching, and recognition of a high-performing team • Ensure thorough training and adherence to expectations • Oversee inventory and ordering for the kitchen department • Create and manage fair schedules for appropriate staffing • Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and management • Maintain a safe environment for both employees and guests • Prepare administrative reports as needed Qualifications • 1+ years of relevant experience as a Chef/Cook (Required) • Strong understanding of culinary operations and standards • Proven track record of effective team management • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Education Requirements • No formal college diploma is required, but culinary training is a plus.
