**Job Description**
As a Conversational Chat Bot Designer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in crafting engaging virtual interactions that delight and inform our users. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, while being part of a global team of talented professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of human-machine interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create a virtual Chat Bot agent that solves customer challenges using Voice/Text UI, delivering personalized and contextual information in real-time
* Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including identifying potential pitfalls and developing strategies to mitigate them
* Develop mockups, flows, redlining, and other creative prototyping related items to bring your designs to life
* Collaborate closely with our support team to assess use cases, including context, topics, and user questions
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing multiple stakeholders, and thinking strategically when reviewing design work and providing feedback and guidance
* Champion a user-first approach, conducting thorough client and user research to inform your design decisions
**Requirements**
* Bonus points for experience in Journalism, Communication, English Literature, Creative Writing, Technical Writing, or related fields
* Experience in Conversation Design, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding digital experiences
* Writing experience (digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy) with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
* Proven ability to work fast and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
* Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
* A true team player, with a passion for collaboration and a willingness to be part of a global team of Conversation Designers
* Experience explaining ideas visually, using content flows, mockups, or prototypes
* Knowledge in human-machine interactions, with a strong understanding of the principles and best practices that underpin this field
* Previously published at least one Virtual Agent, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your skills and experience
