You'll work closely with our team to ensure operational compliance, manage equity awards, and provide excellent support to stakeholders. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about equity compensation, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As a Consultant, Global Equity – Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * **Audit & Compliance:** + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. + Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans. * **Transaction & Reporting:** + Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases. + Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. + Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation. * **Stakeholder Support:** + Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders. + Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities. * **Continuous Improvement:** + Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday). + Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consultant, Global Equity – Remote Data Entry Specialist.
