Role and Responsibilities

As our Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in promoting our services and building strong relationships with dental professionals in the surrounding community. Your primary focus will be on developing strategic plans to drive new business growth, fostering referral source relationships, and ensuring our practices in the designated territory meet or exceed new patient goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Expand our network by increasing the number of referring source relationships with dental practices within the surrounding community.
Partner with our surgeons to build marketing plans and achieve growth-oriented goals.
Meet with dentists, office managers, practice administrators, and other key stakeholders to build relationships and increase patient referrals.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with dentists and supporting administration staff.
Stay informed about local competition and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Develop awareness of new surgeons, new services, and/or new opportunities for referents.
Bring potential business partnerships to management and deliver information on events and services to referents.
Design and execute quarterly engagement delivery campaigns to maintain strong relationships with our referring dentists.
Assist in selecting appropriate educational methods for Continuing Education courses, including instructors, faculty, and potential attendees.
Design and organize local referent educational and social events, including venue selection, catering selection, marketing plan, and day-of support.
Create and manage high-quality content on social media platforms to engage with our referring dentists and promote our services.
Keep detailed records of daily activities and contacts made throughout the day.
Submit weekly activities reports to management to ensure transparency and track progress.


Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Essential Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:


Sales or marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience working with dental professionals or in a related field.
Strong networking skills and ability to build new relationships.
