About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in qualifying and closing opportunities with customers and partners. You will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations (POCs). You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to articulate the overall arenaflex value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers. Your technical expertise and knowledge of modern web development and cloud technologies will be essential in delivering product and technical presentations to a broad range of potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the sales and customer success teams to articulate the overall arenaflex value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
Continually learn new technology to build competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
Deliver product and technical presentations with a broad range of potential and existing clients
Have a direct line of communication with the product team to collaborate on feature requests
Help clients try and onboard the product and assist when they run into roadblocks
Think creatively and help resolve the wide variety of technical challenges that may occur during the overall customer’s life cycle


Who You Are
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Engineer who is passionate about technology and customer success. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical sales and/or post-sales role and possess knowledge of modern web development and cloud technologies. You should enjoy collaborating and teaming with others and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. You should be comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations/demos and be able to multi-task, manage time well, and be responsive to others.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical sales and/or post-sales role
Knowledge of modern web development and cloud technologies
Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations/demos
Able to multi-task, manage time well, and be responsive to others
Curious, eager to learn, and persistent in solving problems


Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in French (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience working in a hybrid office culture
Ability to travel via auto, train, or air up to 15% of the time
