**Job Summary**

As a Commercial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving claims, and providing personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of our commercial customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve complex claims and customer complaints, using problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to find solutions that meet customer needs
* Provide personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of our commercial customers, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and other customer requests
* Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales growth
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a commercial insurance or related industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and find creative solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a commercial insurance or related industry
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
