**Job Responsibilities**
As a Commercial Chat Service Trainee, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving, investigating, and resolving all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

* Ensuring all customer communication is professional, grammatically correct, and clearly documented

**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
