Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, one-on-one chemistry tutoring services to college-level students in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas

Effectively balance tutoring hours for each assigned student to ensure consistent progress and achievement
Submit detailed session reports to our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session
Respond to existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Follow up with our office when a student's enrollment package is low on hours to ensure seamless continuation of services
Only service students whose needs align with your areas of expertise and qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field, with a focus on chemistry tutoring or teaching at the college level
Minimum 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching in specialized education fields, such as chemistry or a related subject
Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees in chemistry or a related field are highly preferred
Experience with basic database/data entry and strong administrative skills
