Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop Teams: Effectively lead, teach, train, and mentor associates to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth. Customer Service Excellence: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, ensuring customer needs are met, and issues are resolved promptly. Drive Financial Performance: Review and evaluate P&L statements, manage budgets, and implement action plans to achieve sales and profit goals. Associate Development: Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates, providing guidance, recognition, and opportunities for growth and development. Business Operations: Coordinate and complete job-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Change Management: Introduce and lead company change efforts, communicating business objectives and expectations to teams effectively. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
