Key Responsibilities Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates Drive business growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses Deliver exceptional customer experiences by modeling and demonstrating exceptional customer service standards Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 2 years of college or equivalent experience 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound business decisions.
