**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the execution of healthcare management services for assigned regions. You will be responsible for carrying out clinical strategies and techniques, ensuring compliance with regulatory and licensure requirements, and providing coaching and guidance to the team on practice guidelines, quality of care, and issue resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Carry out clinical strategies and techniques as per relevant regulatory and licensure norms (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and government guidelines and regulations as applicable)
* Act as a subject matter expert and coach to the team regarding practice guidelines, quality of care, issue resolution, and decision-making
* Ensure execution and monitoring of best practice approaches and developments to better address the needs of the continuum of care
* May serve as a liaison with other key business areas
* May create/assist in the development and audit of new training content
* May collaborate/communicate with internal and external instructional courses
* Safeguard the privacy of patient data and adhere to organization policies regarding confidentiality
* Oversee resources responsible for identification of individuals, development and execution of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness and quality of care, and monitoring, assessing, and recording of care
* Assess and interpret data, identify areas of improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes
* Create, implement, assess, monitor, and communicate performance expectations
* Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of data system functionality and effectiveness
* Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff involving clearly defined requirements regarding education, experience, technical, and performance abilities
* Evaluate developmental needs and collaborate with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams
* Establish a climate and work style that promotes the concept of collaboration, cross-functional integration, and continuum of care feeling that results in strong performance
* Consistently demonstrate the ability to act as a model change agent and lead change efforts
* Establish a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, soliciting feedback, and offering individual support when needed
* Responsible for maintaining consistency with policies and procedures and executing them at the representative level
* Discuss directly with Suppliers, Individuals, Staff, and other Leaders (e.g., may offer support to the sales staff and organization staff through on-site client visits as well as presentations)

**Required Capabilities**

* 3+ years in clinical subject matter
* Should have active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of residence

**Preferred Capabilities**

* Managed government healthcare insight
* Certainty working at home/remote, utilizing tools to practically collaborate and interface with teams
* Training and Certification Requirements
* Graduate degree in social health field; or Enrolled Nurse (BSN preferred)

This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant variables. This position is eligible for a arenaflex reward, commission, or temporary incentive program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
