Key Responsibilities
Retrieve, review, and abstract medical record data for STARS and HEDIS measures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Perform on-site medical record reviews at physician offices or in our office, utilizing your clinical expertise to inform data abstraction.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff regarding provider scheduling and on-site medical record retrieval, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Utilize time and resources efficiently while performing duties in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
An active RN or LPN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact state, demonstrating your commitment to clinical excellence.
Knowledge and experience of HEDIS data abstraction methods, highly preferred, although experience in medical record review or data abstraction may be considered if HEDIS experience is lacking.
A current valid driver's license and reliable transportation, enabling you to travel locally within the Chattanooga area.
Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
Excellent telephone and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Proven working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, demonstrating your proficiency in data management and analysis.
