As a Clinical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving clinical correspondence and patient complaints, overseeing the Means approach for clinical quality issues, and collaborating with Retail Chiefs on clinical matters. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining associations with existing emergency clinic frameworks, ensuring the execution of Mark Drug store Wellbeing and Health programs, and sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or a related field) * 5+ years of experience in a clinical customer support role or a related field * Certification in a related field (e.g., CPhT, RPh, or a related certification) * Experience working in a retail or healthcare environment * Strong knowledge of clinical quality
