**The Position**

As a Client Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with customers to explain the features of our insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers
• Preparing well-written responses to customers
• Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally
• Utilizing Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage customer interactions and administrative tasks
• Multitasking and adjusting work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

**Essential Qualifications**
