**Key Responsibilities**
* Learn and apply the basics of the arenaflex Private Evaluating System to become an informed authority for client service
* Examine client assistance information to identify subjects and rubbing points in the client experience and patterns in the business
* Answer inquiries from inside and outside clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
* Convey business insights to key partners to provide experiences and measurements
* Provide recommendations for short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale
* Contribute to improving efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for improved functional performance
**Essential Capabilities**
* Four-year college education or equivalent
* 4+ years of direct client support experience, identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for an intricate sales/support organization
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to update senior management on needs, status, data patterns, and provide tooling and training recommendations
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences
* Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering
* Skilled at marrying data with accounts to determine significant insights
* Rapidly acquires complex ideas independently
* Has strong business acumen and consistency; able to work independently through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment to drive results
