You'll work closely with our Business, Product, and Design teams, and will report to the Head of Growth. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for artificial intelligence and customer success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver a remarkable customer experience by understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Create and support strong client relationships by building trust, establishing open communication, and delivering value. * Execute and run client onboarding and enablement meetings with a "train the coach" model to empower scale. * Develop and execute client success plans that outline objectives, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines. * Systematize best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client communications. * Gather and hand-off client feedback to internal partners, and identify themes across clients to integrate into product planning. * Collaborate closely with the Outreach team to ensure seamless handoff between pre- and post-sale. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, computer science). * Strong history of delivering and scaling a remarkable customer experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders. * Ability to proactively identify trouble spots in the product and with clients. * Modest mentality, willingness to help others, and desire to learn and grow. * Ability to work with high velocity, possess strong critical thinking skills, and be proficient at constant context switching. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with extensive ownership and focus. * Personal commitment to promoting the safe and ethical development of artificial intelligence. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer success or account management role. * Knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications. * Familiarity with CRM software and tools. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Comprehensive health insurance for you and your loved ones. * Mental health and wellness support. * PRSA plan with 6% employer matching. * Unlimited time off. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for artificial intelligence and customer success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
