As a Client Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of helping our CPG clients achieve their marketing goals through effective campaign execution and strategic optimizations. You will work closely with Client Partners to understand client needs, develop media plans, and ensure seamless campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing objectives, driving campaign success from start to finish. Deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners, ensuring campaigns are continually improved. Manage internal account operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities. Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices, fostering strong relationships. Craft media plans that align with clients' awareness and direct response objectives. Work closely with Ad Ops to resolve technical issues and ensure effective campaign delivery. Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders, advocating for their interests. Proactively identify areas for improvement, driving innovation and growth. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, preferably within the CPG sector. A solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem. The ability to tackle problems of diverse scope, leveraging data analysis to inform decisions. A grasp of digital measurement and tracking fundamentals. A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to overcoming challenges. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships. The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills. A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
