Job Summary: Cheer Instructor As a Cheer Instructor with i9 Sports, you'll be responsible for leading practice sessions, teaching core concepts, and demonstrating sportsmanship values to young athletes. You'll play a vital role in delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field. Key Responsibilities: Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills Provide a safe and supportive environment for athletes to learn and grow Essential Qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or older At least 2 years of cheerleading or dance experience Reliable transportation to and from work site Access to a phone with internet capability Excellent communication skills Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check Preferred Qualifications: Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently Ability to work a varied work schedule, including weekends and some evenings (~7 weeks) Skills and Competencies: To succeed as a Cheer Instructor with i9 Sports, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with children and young athletes Knowledge of cheerleading techniques and safety protocols Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At i9 Sports, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
