* Install, configure, and maintain chat systems, including software and hardware components
* Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner

* Provide technical support and training to end-users
* Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical manuals
* Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in chat systems administration or a related field
