Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions, within our customer relationship management (CRM) system to facilitate follow-ups and monitor trends. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service delivery; actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on current arenaflex products, services, and updates to provide accurate information and support to customers. Self-Management: Plan and manage workload efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs), adjusting strategies as necessary to handle peak periods or customer escalations. Feedback Implementation: Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes; propose actionable solutions to enhance service quality. Training and Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to improve skills and remain current with industry trends and best practices. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment. Experience in a remote work setting is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency with chat support platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
