About the Role As a Chat Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our vibrant community of veterinary professionals. Your expertise and support will empower them to make informed purchasing decisions and navigate our platform with ease. You'll work collaboratively with our support team to provide top-notch assistance through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Key Responsibilities Engage with veterinary professionals to support their critical purchasing decisions and processes through the Vetcove platform. Provide exceptional customer support through live chats, phone calls, emails, and internal discussion boards. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement platform improvements. Participate in platform demos to showcase features and best practices to users. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Vetcove platform and its applications. Contribute to the development of support materials and resources. Requirements To succeed as a Chat Support Associate at blithequark, you'll need: 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience. A 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role (preferred). Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations. The ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities. A strong desire to learn and help customers succeed. A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Intercom or experience with other chat platforms.
