Position Overview: Chat Support Agent We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chat Support Agent to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat software. Assist customers in making informed decisions, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively. Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for future improvements. Stay up-to-date with product and service information, ensuring you're equipped to address customer queries. Follow up on customer interactions, ensuring issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). A reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently. Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally through chat. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer issues.
