About the Role: Chat Operator at Reynolds and Reynolds As a Chat Operator, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging in online conversations with customers and representing our automotive dealer clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing helpful information about our clients' products and services. Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, creating a positive and engaging experience for customers. Utilize your excellent communication skills to turn conversations into leads, driving revenue for our clients. Work in a remote environment, requiring a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions. Participate in 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, to develop your skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data quality and integrity. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continually improving your knowledge and expertise. Essential Qualifications: Reside within the state listed on the position posting (Kansas). Possess a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Meet the technical requirements: 8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher). Able to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred). Commit to attending 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. Preferred Qualifications: Gaming experience, which can be an asset in developing your chat skills and handling fast-paced online conversations. Previous experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers and provide helpful support.
