What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As the CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you'll serve as the primary subject matter expert for our Customer Data Platform ecosystem. Your responsibilities will span technical leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our CDP delivers maximum value to the organization.

Platform Management & Development


Own the end-to-end management, configuration, and maintenance of the Adobe Experience Platform Real-time CDP, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Lead the development and implementation of new platform capabilities, features, and integrations that align with business objectives
Design and implement data architectures that support scalable, real-time customer profiling and segmentation
Establish and enforce platform governance standards, data quality protocols, and best practices
Conduct regular platform audits to ensure adherence to defined standards and identify optimization opportunities


Technical Leadership & Advisory


Provide expert technical guidance and consultation to internal stakeholders across marketing, IT, analytics, and business teams
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
Collaborate with IT and enterprise architecture teams to align CDP capabilities with overall technology strategy
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that enhance CDP capabilities
Partner with Adobe support and consulting teams to coordinate platform upgrades, feature implementations, and issue resolution


Problem Solving & Optimization


Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the CDP and implement effective, sustainable solutions
Monitor platform performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement
Analyze customer data flows and identify opportunities to enhance data quality, accuracy, and completeness
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize platform efficiency and user adoption


Team Enablement & Training


Design and deliver training programs to build internal capacity and platform proficiency across teams
Create comprehensive documentation, playbooks, and knowledge resources
Mentor and coach team members on CDP best practices and technical skills
Foster a culture of data literacy and platform adoption throughout the organization


What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in technical data management combined with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Here's what we require:


Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical data manipulation, marketing technology, or customer data platform management
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent enterprise CDP solutions
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into strategic recommendations
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Authorization: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States

Hands-on experience with customer data platforms including Salesforce Customer 360, Segment, or similar enterprise solutions
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex enterprise-wide technology initiatives
In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and data management best practices
Experience in large-scale e-commerce or digital business environments, preferably with a focus on customer journey optimization
Understanding of real-time personalization and identity resolution strategies
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions
